Recently, the Egyptian capital, and tensions in some areas, has caused some casualties, currently there are no reports of casualties of Chinese citizens. Ministry of Foreign Affairs highly concerned about the safety of Chinese citizens in Egypt, has launched emergency mechanism and opened a 24 hour telephone, fully committed to provide assistance to Chinese citizens in Egypt.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chinese embassies and consulates in Egypt remind Chinese citizens not to visit Egypt and temporary groups, Chinese citizens in Egypt to enhance security, reduce unnecessary to go out, to avoid the area to the incident or people gathering places, be sure to pay attention to safety.
